I suggest that you just save all your important files and re-install Windows if you have to. If you’re PC comes with a restore disk you can use that as well.

Well what to do if/when i try to run “explorer.exe” it says

C:\Windows\Explorer.exe

“Couldnt execute program because the file contains a virus”

or something like that

There must be a way to fix this PLEASE help, googled all over the internet cant find anyone with my problem!!!!!

I am not sure who wrote this but it was enormously helpful. If anyone has problems with black screen and/or viruses this is a great place to start in order to restore your system back to health without losing all your data. Many many thanks…there truly are many kind people out there.
