Prepare / Set-Up Super Video Converter Before Actual Conversion
We often use Super Video Converter for our video conversion guides. Here is how we should set it up before we do the actual conversion process.
In almost all of our video conversion guides, we’ve used the Super Video Converter as our software of choice. Not only is it free but it is also a great converter supporting almost any kind of video format which can rival paid versions in the market today.
For freshly installed or first time users of Super Video Converter, it is recommended that it be set-up or prepared first so that conversion would be easy afterwards.
1. Download and Install Super Video Converter
You can download Super Video Converter either from their official website eRightSoft or from Softpedia. If you are going to download it on Softpedia, be sure to download it from the (RO) location as it contains the working and complete installer of Super Video Converter.
2. Launch Super Video Converter
If you’ve successfully installed Super Video Converter, just launch the application and you should be able to see something like this.

3. Configure the Folder where the Converted Videos are Saved
This is where we specify the output folder of converted videos. In other words, whenever a video is successfully converted, we need to specify where it would be automatically saved.
If we don’t configure this, the default output folder would be on C:\Program Files\eRightSoft\Super\OutPut
To configure the output folder just right click on any of the white space on Super Video Converter (don’t click on the black space on the top where it says Right Click for Menu). A menu will appear where you will need to select Output File Saving Management. Alternatively, you can just press Ctrl-T

Another window would appear showing your computer’s folders. From there, you can choose what specific folder you may want to save your converted videos. In the example below, I chose the Desktop. Click Save Changes after you’ve chosen the folder you want.

4. Choose the Video File you want to Convert
To choose the video file you want to convert, just drag and drop the video file on any area of Super Video Converter; or you can drag and drop it where it specifically says DROP A VALID MULTIMEDIA FILE HERE.
Once you’ve successfully dropped a video file in Super Video Converter, you should be able to see it listed with a check on the checkbox beside it.

There you have it! You’ve successfully set-up or prepared your Super Video Converter before actual conversion. Now all you need to know are the conversion settings to be able to convert your file.
