Hi, just wanted to tell you about a little trick I just thought of and tried since I use a mini netbook as well and ran into this issue.

Try changing the skin - on mine the Mac OS skin shows the top of the encode button. At least you can get that ball rolling. Hope someone finds this post helpful! :)

Are you using a netbook? Try increasing the resolution of your screen so that the whole interface of Super Video Converter is shown in the screen.

I just installed the latest version, 38 (from May2)
& it doesn't seem to come with Encode buttons.
I have 5 GB+ of freespace on the main hard drive it's installed in so thought it would have enough room.
Can't see what problem is, but it doesn't appear to do anything.

I use to convert video made by my photocamera in mov format but always there is a gap between audio and video: audio is always delayed and I watch 2 people speaking and I hear their voices 2-3 second later.
Usually I convert mov into AVI (mpeg4) and mp3.
This happens alway with win7, xp, other formats, other pc...I don't know
