From what I know, activation is usually region based. So if the activation key you have is for US, you can only activate it inside the US and not in Cyprus.

I like KIS,and have found your page helpful and interesting. One problem I have is that having purchased KIS from the USA and trying to instal in Cyprus, I get an error message saying – activation code not valid for this region.
Trying to get help from Kaspersky is virtually impossible. Anybody else found this??

I always prefer to use Kasperky over Avast or McAfee. Kaspersky is much better in detecting new viruses and it does not consume too much resources on your dektop PC.~*;

Kaspersky is certainly one of a kind. Easy to use but tough on viruses. (sounds like a cleaner commercial..)

Kaspersky is the best Anti-Virus program i have ever used. it is way better than Mc Affe and Norton Antivirus.
